Wondering about when to put the trash out during the holidays?   The City of La Crosse's garbage collection is on schedule as usual.

The City of La Crosse will begin picking up Christmas trees from the boulevard beginning January 3rd and will continue through January 13th.  Please remove all lights, tinsel, ornaments, and tree bags and place trees on the boulevard by 7:00am.

It's time to think about safe winter driving. Here is one tip....Avoid passing snow plows and sanding trucks. The drivers have limited visibility.

Rotary Lights has once again partnered with Alter Scrap Metals in a recycling program and they are extending it to you. There is a container by the big eagle in Riverside Park for you to deposit the unwanted strands of Christmas Lights that you may want to get rid of. You can recycle your lights without adding them to the landfills and help Rotary Lights continue to grow and glow.
